What’s curry classes all about? |
|
My classes are an easy way to learn how to make a simple yet
delicious Indian meal at half the price of eating out and twice
the amount of satisfaction. I will design your class depending
on your experience and your requirements. Cooking Tips and
variations are mentioned during the cooking sessions.
Cooking is for all. A little interest will take you a long way.
How many people are in a class?
Minimum 2 persons and Maximum 4. Please contact us if you have
any special requirements |
| |
|
Where are the classes held? |
|
Whitefield, |
|
Bangalore |
|
I work out of my home kitchen. |
| |
|
Would you teach cooking at my residence? |
|
Depending on location it may be possible. An initial visit may
be necessary to assess the kitchen facilities. Charges may
vary. Please contact us for more information |
| |
|
Who will do the cooking? |
|
Normally, I would be doing the main cooking. Depending on your
confidence and ability I could supervise you step by step if the
session is 1-2-1. If you are a part of a group, I do try to
ensure that each member has an opportunity to try some of the
steps. |
| |
|
What do we cook? |
|
We will cook a choice of dishes which you select from the menu
which would normally include 1 x starter, 1 x main dish with an
accompaniment, 1 x rice or bread as standard unless agreed for
tailor made sessions. |
|
Prior to the class I will consult with you and design a custom
menu for you, according to your likes and dislikes. Remember
that I am not teaching you how to reproduce curry house food.
The "Home Style" cooking that I teach is - in my opinion - much
healthier, has more variety and is more delicious than any curry
house! |
| |
|
What about the ingredients? |
|
I will provide all the vegetables, meat, ingredients and
spices. |
